Pool was really nice today...lol Can't wait to see everyone! And no rain this year!

 

Pizza would work. A lot easier. We can get wings to. I can pitch in some credits.

 

HothGirl will photos be working the same way as last year? I.e. $2 donation per photo and they get a polaroid?

Is there any signage you want/need? I won't have room to bring the big a-frame/sandwich signs, but I could bring some 11x17 free standing ones for the table.

I'm sure others can help with cartage for anything that's too large for your car nicky. At least depending on how we carpool down.

Yep, everything is the same as last year, prices, etc. So any signs would be great! There will be a table set up and everything so we can at least hang them.

Is someone going to call me when you get close and I'll meet you in the parking lot like last year?

Also to get back to the after event food vote... I'd prefer pizza or something on site.

And, the only way the a-frames would get down to Wellsville is if someone picked them up from my house as I don't think I'd be able to even get them to Henrietta for someone else to transport the rest of the way. But I don't think it'll be crucial to have it. We should be able to attract enough attention with our costumes and the signs and banners that we already have coming.

Don't go through Belmont...it'll talk you a half an hour longer at least. You need to take the Almond exit and come in that way. That will put you in the same parking lot I met you guys in last year.

Not sure why none of the directions tell you to take Almond, but don't go into Belmont...

Merge onto I-390 S via the ramp on the LEFT toward CORNING. 43.2 miles Map
Take the RT-36 exit- EXIT 4- toward DANSVILLE / HORNELL. 0.3 miles Map
Turn RIGHT onto NY-36 S. 12.7 miles Map
Merge onto NY-17 W / SOUTHERN TIER EXPY toward JAMESTOWN. 4.9 miles Map
Take EXIT 33 toward RT-21 / ALMOND / ANDOVER. 0.1 miles Map
Turn RIGHT onto KARR VALLEY RD / KARRDALE AVE / CR-2. 0.4 miles Map
Turn RIGHT onto NY-21. 12.7 miles Map

You'll go through Almond, pass Alfred, then into Andover. You'll have a speed limit change and a blinking light in Andover. At the second blinking light, have a choice of left or right when you follow the road, take the right and that will put you into Wellsville.

 

You guys have fun and be sure to take lots of pictures. I wish that I could be there.

 

This event (or at least our participation in it) has been cancelled due to the thunderstorms in Wellsville.

Even though this event was canceled the day turned out to not be a total loss, of course. I enjoyed my time with you all today as always, and maybe a little more. I never get to see anyone enough it seems. Some a lot less then others unfortunately. It was great just hanging out and talking or having fun in general. I need to do more of that with you all as a chapter, as friends. Not just the "TROOPING" Unfortunately I am sometimes lucky I can even make it to the events.

Katie if you can read this I will be calling and hopefully I can come down when you are free some weekend. I am glad I could see you at all today.

Mine opens with quicktime, but you might get another pop up box asking you what you want to open it with, choos the appropriate program to do so
