You should probably stop spending so much money on crap and saving it for your two children, then.

How about an insurance plan that most Americans are on and not some cadillac union plan that pays for everything. i pay 88 dollars for insurance a week.

Valyn, don't name your child after a video game character. That's just so... wrong. And crass. And low brow. Aspire not to be that guy.

Contact your provider... they will give you an itemized list of what they cover. Or look through any literature, look for/ask about, anesthesiologist (epidural, etc), inpatient overnight (at least one), a pediatrician, shots for the kid, obgyn, etc... just contact the provider. You've simultaneously got a baby on the way and are cruising internet dating sites?

This would be like full-grown adults having a Disney princess themed wedding. Oh, wait.

Why not? In Italy, it's very common. Many kids there are named Mario.

Maybe you're unaware of the statistics of how many weddings Disney does on average--which, btw, are done with full-grown adults. They also do Star Wars themed weddings with Storm Troopers, Star Wars music and decor, and a very lovely R2-D2 cake. And people do, in fact, pay for such weddings there.

It's Boxing Day. My family doesn't do much on Boxing Day so I'm just tidying my house after neglecting my chores in the week leading up. Exciting. :p

Congrats! I hope everything goes smoothly for you :)

I think lifting a name from a videogame is fine as long as it's not too out-there. For instance, I wouldn't name a kid Shepard.

I'm not too big on common cookie cutter names. I myself have a fairly unique name and I was glad for it. So we'll tend to look for something that has more flair than your average Michael or Michelle.

Glad to see I'm not the only one doing cleaning today. Luckily it's only a 2-bedroom flat so I'm all done now.

How about Bishop? I know phonetically it has to work with a decent name and short last name. Like Bishop stewart Twain.

I would suggest you go for an "ordinary" name as those don't seem to be the trendy thing now with all the parents naming their kids Aiden, Brayden, Caiden, etc. Your child's teachers might enjoy seeing a Michael or Michelle for once.

On the other hand, weird names aren't all that bad, I went to school with a mixed race kid who's parents named him Epluribus. Nice guy and all but couldn't for the life of him understand why his name cracked me up.
