Edmonton West Edmonton Mall costume walk on saturday the 11th of March.

Hi all,

I contacted Angela about this and she thought it was a good idea and if possible wants to take part and get the other 501's involved as well.

Being that the toy and comic book show is on the 12th I thought we could get a little more people seeing us and get them to come to the show by taking a mall walk on the 11th(the saturday before the show).

If anything it will be a fun time and being that we fan force don't get a chance to dress up a lot I thought it would be cool to do some more things with the 501's before were cramped into the toy show room heh.

Plus I get a kick outta seeing kids loose it when they see troopers and Jedi coming towards them. It doesn't have to be a whole day thing or anything but at least a few hours would be neat.

I'll talk to Ted and see what he can arrange for us. Can't promise anything but hopefully the mall will be in to giving us a change room to use as they normally do.

Hey guys - I'm thinking of coming up for the toy show. If you guys are dressing up, would you mind if I joined you? Any excuse to put on the robes

I am already getting a sitter for the show itself, so I am not sure if I will be able to get one for this as well... thinking about trying to switch weekends, but we'll have to play that a little closer to the date.

 

Umm, how tall are they? You know, I happen to have a few short people costumes laying around.

Veritate and I will be up for the Comic show and mall walk. Where and when do we meet/change for the mall walk on Saturday?

This will be a lot of fun with such a large group.

 

Angela was gonna check to see if we get a change room at WEM. As for the Toy Show there will be a place there

 

Ted's workin' on it guys. Can't promise anything but the mall is usually really good to us. I'll let you know a little closer to.

 

Thanks Angela, It's not really an issue for those in robes and such but it's you guys with armor that worries me a bit

 

I was wondeing, how often do people get their robes caught in escalators? Or I am not to worry about that? I have a phobia of being caught in an escalator
