I think my water bill is a joke. We're paying double for the same time period as last year, and we used less water. Go figure that one out.

What I can't understand, is that the power went out last night for about half an hour. The weather was fine, and we have underground power being in a new area.

 

They seem to be ripping you off!

I know sometimes here if they need to maintain the power grid they shut it down!

They normally give us warning though!
