Mary Western MD. Outing

Well, it's nothing official, but if you're in the Western MD./Deep Creek/SW Pennsylvania/West Virginia area and would like to see the film with a bunch of other local SW nuts, I'm trying to put something together for Sunday at Garrett 8 Cinemas in Oakland at the lake. I still have to confirm showtimes this afternoon as the theater has been adding additional showings because of demand. It's a decent theater, actually one of the better ones in our region. Of course it's going to be cold that day with snow flurries on and off. That's typical Western MD. for you.

 

Heya! We're in W. MD, Cumberland actually (about 45 mins from the lake. We went to the 12:01 show there since our local theatre didn't play it.

Did anything ever come of your plans for this?

 

We're still planning on it; I am going to confirm movie times on Sunday with the theater. The only thing that will suck is the weather forecast for sunday.

On Sunday, I guess we all can also sit down somewhere, perhaps for a meal, and put ideas together for promoting the FF. There are plenty of events coming up in the summer when we can get together.

 

That sounds good. Maybe we can meet at the theatre, and pick someplace after the show.

 

I'm short on cash this week, so it will have to be someplace cheap, lol.
