Discussions What Alien species would you like to see in the new Star Wars trilogy?

Maybe more of Yoda's species, even if we don't find out what they're called.

 

I'd like to see these favorites: Dug, Gungan (one who is capable), Cerean, Kel'Dor, Neimoidian, maybe Yoda's species, Nautolan, Togruta, Pau'an, Rodian, Ithorian, Twi'Lek, Ugnauts and more

 

I voted Chiss, but I could say that perhaps the only race I DON'T want to see is sith purebloods. They're supposed to be dead and gone, a species of antiquity, extinct by the time of the Banite rule of two. I don't want some "Palpatine and Vader weren't actually sith, just splinter wannabes. THESE are the real sith" twist.

 

I voted for Chiss, Togruta and Nautolan, but I want to see as many as possible (another cantina scene with many aliens would be great ). And we need a Kaleesh.

 

I voted for Twi'Lek but really I just want to see something NEW!

 

Kaleesh, I forgot about them. Haven't seen an all-flesh one in cinema or television yet.

 

I picked Trandoshans and Chiss, seeing either of these two certainly wouldn't be a bad thing.

 

All those who voted Chiss just want a cliffhanger at the end of Episode 9 with Thrawn smiling at the camera it having been revealed that HE was the manipulator of the events between Episodes 7-9.

 

And much to the chagrin of many here, he'll be played by Benedict Cumberbatch.

Nautolan, Zabrak, Togruta.

 

I would like to see at least one Togruta since two of my favourite Jedi are: Ahsoka Tano and Shaak Ti, but if not a Togruta probably a Trandoshan like Bossk since they are very menacing!

 

I finally would like to see some Midi-chlorians up close...

 

I'd like to see some Bothans but I've heard a lot of them died getting the plans to the first Death Star so..

 

I've got to go with the Chiss. They look really cool.

 

I want to see the duck from the ANH novelization...
