What are some good forum based RPGs on the net?

Hey. I enjoying playing on the boards here, but since some move slow, I want to get started in other places, create more characters, and RP than I do. I want sites that are much like this one in the sense that the rules are set against immoral behavior and exessive language. I would also like, as I said, some boards that are played both IC and OOC only in Message boards like this one.
