I'm going as a Sith, taking my Anakin stunt hilt from ep3, and wearing a left over wookie bandolier as a belt on my costume.

Actually, I'll look a hell of a lot like my KOTOR character...

I may be taking a sabre, if Soup takes his Vader stunt prop along.

Does a screwdriver with green celophane wrapped around the end count as a yoda saber?

    If not, nothing.

I'll be going in jedi costume. For a saber I dind't want to take a toy one like I have before. Instead I went in to bunnings, plumbing section, got a few pieces and bolted it all together in to a reasonable approximation of a lightsaber handle. Susie's impressed me with the work she's done on our costumes. Should look good tonight. I'll be a generic jedi. She's going as some AOTC/clone wars cartoon female jedi I forget the name of. Luminara's padawan.

I've decided I am definately NOT going in costume tonight.
Ahwell...just yeah, I'll be going out before hand so don't wanna look like a dick.

There were some great costumes at the Fox premiere, along with a visit from the 501st Stormtroopers, very cool.

Also some wando in a Star Trek uniform (asking to be hurt really)

I'm surprised Drew didn't kill anyone during the costume comp though.....

The guy leading Clare's cheer squad was ok, until he tried to get into the La Prem area to talk to her, then he was getting a little creepy.

I already kicked the ass of a channel 7 camera crew that night for hassling her.

    Bastards.

Well, this is after the event but I took the bottom half of my white recorder as a lightsaber and Aaron brought the sight off a toy gun. I'm not sure how Steve(soneil) carried around that bunch of plumbing he constructed, it weighed a ton. Aaron got a hold of someone's $270 lightsaber and stole the show swinging it around like a true professional. Someone got a video clip so I'll track it down and post it if I can.

Aaron posing out the front. Someone in the crowd who had a very expensive (and cool looking) saber, handed it to him to use while people took photos.

A photo I did of Aaron last night.

Thanks FA, when I first did it, it had more of a red to it, but over the week it ended up being the colour I was after, just in time for ROTS.

Clares costume was cool, but dangerous. One needed eye protection if they stood to close to her.

    :)
