VIDEO What are you currently playing?

Well, it's back to school again, so I will probably go back to sporadic half-hour bouts of Sonic 4.

 

I started playing Alan Wake this week. It's a pretty fun and immersive game!

 

Just finished The Last of Us: Remastered. Holy crap, what a game. I may play through it all again and adjust the difficulty up a bit. That and Assassin's Creed: Black Flag will be eating up the majority of my gaming time over the next few weeks.

 

Black Flag is a good game, minus the Assassins Creed missions.

 

My fifth Mass Effect series run.

 

I got Yoshi's New Island for the 3DS for Christmas and I've been slowly playing through it. I remember the SNES version having better controls, response time, music, and items. If you want to beat the level with 30 stars, you pretty much can't die or get hit once. Dying drops you back down to 10 stars and there is no way to recoup them since there appears to be no way to get or buy items. I appreciate the challenge, but it's hard to get into this game when you aren't having much fun in the first place. I'd be surprised if I complete it.

 

Fantastic series even if they did fluff the ending. Wouldn't mind playing them through again myself.

I'm nearing 60 hours on Dragon Age Inquisition at the moment. Definitely the best RPG of 2014.

 

Mass Effect has pretty much given me what I always wanted from games -- the chance to be a space hero with a bunch of really cool aliens and story arcs and stuff. This desire is naturally tied in with my love of Star Wars.

DAI is good fun. Great cast and some very rad missions. I definitely have my issues, but I shall not bog down your enjoyment by mentioning them. I hope in the end you not only like it as I did, but downright love it!

 

There is a bit too much filler but I've found the game world pretty fun to explore. I'm not a great fan of the combat either but the dragon fights have been good.

Lego Marvel Superheroes

I got Lego Batman 3 for Christmas and I finished a few days ago now I'm playing Marvel and testing the difference between the two similar games.
The Verdict: Marvel blows Batman out of the lego water

 

Even in Lego form, Marvel still beats DC

 

Bayonetta 2 has one flaw - Loki, so want to kill the little bastard.

 

I was going to buy this the other day as I loved them when they originally came out...I didn't

 

I recently began to replay The Last of Us.

 

South Park: The Stick of Truth

Easily the best Paper Mario game in a long time.

 

On Xbox 360 (currently packed away, because I'm moving): Battlefield 4/The Lego Movie: The Video Game/Destiny
On PC: The Half-Life series/Garry's Mod

Also I get way to creeped out at 17 year old games.

 

I really enjoyed that when it came out. I got distracted by other games though and my internet connection was never very good. It didn't help that my 360 stopped staying connected to XBL.

 

Plan on re-playing star wars bounty hunter.
