What are you doing to get ready right now.

I saw them Fist, thanks. But I like that Lando even less than the General Lando pic.

I do like the Slave Leia one that's different from the C2 one, maybe I'll get that.

 

I'm going nuts b/c my bank account is markedly lower than I thought it was. *F*

That aside...

-Finishing the sash and vest for my Jedi costume.
-Padme costume:
----Making the belt, pouches, and holster
----Fixing the shirt for Padme costume
----Shin-guard armor pieces.
(Yes, I'm behind on my blasted costume. Again.)
-Realizing that my bf and I were confused on who was ordering his ticket, and so scrambling to get it.
-Double checking hotel confirmation
-Getting me science exam set up to take early. (Yes, I have exams the week before Cel II and one falls on friday!!)

I ~think~ that's it. If I can get paid for the work I just did BY May 2nd then I'll be alright. But I'm waiting on a Purchase Order, then I have to invoice, then they'll pay me. *sigh* the odds of that happening in two weeks aren't great. Therefore, I might have enough money for 2 autographs, if I buy nothing else.

I was thinkin of getting one those pens kids mark up their backpacks with. I was gonna put a 25th anniversary slogan or something on mine. What kind of pen is that, and where can I pick one up?

Anyone have any idea of what kind of marker I'm talking about...?

 

With my kid it's any pen he can get his hands on.

 

Ya know Caleigh, if you didn't spend so much time at CBR you might not be so behind in costuming.

And I'm not sweating the Leia picture thing. I've got all day Friday to find a pic I like.

 

I am buying film. 8 rolls of film. And getting a new camera. And finding a back-up camera.

 

Well since I heard about Celebration, I've been making a scrapbook from updates off the net and various other SW pictures. I've been buying action fgures and other goodies off of ebay to get signed by the celebrities. And I've been making my checklist of all the things I'll have to remember to bring with me.

And its not all that much.

 

I'm in a panic stage because I'm still embroidering my costume AND I have exams! ARGH!

 

we are finnishing our sith costumes and looking for a digital camera .

 

I just put a coat of primer on some lightsaber parts, and sanded down some others. Going to work on my costume later this evening. Tomorrow, pick up boots, robe from post office, and generally FLIP OUT! I'm so amped about this trip!!!!

 

The suitcases are sitting on the couch, as I think of stuff I want to take, I thow it in. My brand new lightsaber is sitting right on my desk, ready for the check-in bag.

I'm searching out everything I can think of that I'll need to know about Indy and the convention center and making notes as to what happens when so I won't miss a thing. (Not like Denver, I missed so much!)

And, I'm reading every forum here and other places to learn all I can about everyone else's plans, parties, ideas and suggestions! Thank you all!
