I'm in the process of backing up my wife and my cd collections to pc to transfer to the ipods we got each other for XMas...what a task...

However, lots of good stuff has been unearthed and dusted off I haven't listened to in a long time.

I've got a mix going of old, rare KMFDM, but also a Miles Davis & John Coltrane compilation. How's that for eclectic?

The score to Road to Perdition. Good stuff. I'm also backing up my wife to the PC along with my CD collection. Next is the score to The Matrix. Which I don't remember at all.

Oh yeah, check out ipodlounge.com, a lot of great tips and reviews for the ipods there

Has anyone heard of a band called Foetus? It's J.G. Thirlwell's band from the 90's...part glam/industrial/metal/synth, with orchestrated bits...I've been listening to alot of it, since he now composes the score to the TV show The Venture Bros.

Look them up. It's good music.

Welcome, L-castillo. Please tell me which industrial clubs you used to frequent, as those were my stomping grounds from 97 till even now sometimes. I still have my Kontrol Factory membership card, and have been to Perversion even as recently as last month...can't believe it's been going on so long. Anyhow, good times.

I am listening to the third greatest band to ever come out of the city of Boston.

    BOSTON!

The first is the Pixies and the second is the Dropkick Murpheys. The fourth is Aerosmith.

Yeah, I've got Mc Chris, too.

Picked up on him after hearing him on Aqua Teen Hunger Force, got both of his albums. I like the bits, especially all the "Imperial Senate" discussions. "May the Force Be With You".
