OK. This is my new pet peeve in the music industry. Bands that can't just stay as the same band. You've got Op Ivy that was ska, then they went punk and were Rancid. Then the guy went and did that Transplants project with the tattooed pinhead from Blink 182. Now this. Enough "Side Projects" Already.

Angels and Airwaves = Blink 182. Billy Corgan leaves Smashing Pumpkins to form Zwan. Rob Zombie leaves White Zombie and goes solo. The result? A bunch of music that sounds exactly like the former projects. Yeah, so glad to see you haven't all been held back creatively by the bands you were tied down to...hehe...nice to see these artists doing so much different material they couldn't do when they were in a band. All suck, by the way.

Also, I just started listening to Pigface. It's horrible. There's like a hundred different band members rapidly moving in and out of the band at any given time, and they've put out a countless number of albums. I see no point. One song's rap, another's prog-rock, another's industrial. This inconsistency is driving me up a wall.

While I'm on temporary hiatas from jousting, one of my jousting guild member's was one of the tech advisors for that film. It is SOOO like modern day jousting circuit! We were all just dying we were laughing so hard at some of the "inside" jokes.

(Plus the filming from the Knight's POV on horseback.. PERFECT!!!

Now, at the big tourneys..the Knights ride into the tourney field to "The Boys Are Back In Town" and "We Are The Champions" Not period-accurate, but the crowds LOVE it!!!
