I quite enjoyed Reloaded, but Revolutions just didn't do much for me.

They were both good movies, neither of them came close to the first though.

They were OK, but I still liked the original Matrix the best. The sequels seemed... forced. And I'm not the only one saying it. I got the impression that Matrix was one story, and the Reloaded and Revolutions a different story, only with the same main characters. And the fact that at the end of Revolutions Neo fought for the humans AND for Matrix against Smith, who turned out to be simply a virus out of control, sort of cheapened Neo's victory in the first Matrix, when he defeated Smith who was representing Matrix.

*shrug* But that's just my opinion. I liked the special effects in both Reloaded and Revolutions (the battle in the dock was truly spectacular), but in terms of the story, it wasn't anything awesome.

    My two Euro cents.

There was some good stuff in Reloaded, but the rest of it was bloated rubbish. Revolutions was like an average SF film, and that's it. Both don't come anywhere close to being as good as the first Matrix.

i put i liked revolutions, but not reloaded...

i think that for plot, from best to worst,
    1 great,
    3 good,
    2 bad.

    for FX tho,
    2 really cool
3 almost as good as 2 ("really cool"),
    1 nothing that special.

i think its kinda weird that they are the exact opposite for plot/FX... ?[face_plain]

    loved all three.

1 was an intro, and a damn good one.

2 was heavy into philosophy, and i dig that.

3 was drool worthy action , and that tickled my happy spot.

I absolutely LOVED the first one.

    I liked the second one.

I liked the third one until the freaking ENDING, because it sucked. ;)
