Finished Revan. I have not played KOTOR 1 or 2 so I don't know everything about Revan but I liked it. Now on to either the final section of the Knight Errant novel, Red Harvest or Riptide Star Wars wise. I also have the Les Miserables novel so I might go to that instead

I've been out of town for 3 days this past weekend. Took a trip to Barnes and Noble and had my arms full of Star Wars books.

I bought this stuff from Barnes and N

Long Time Ago Volume 1 Omnibus
    Deathtroopers
    Red Harvest
the last 3 books of the New Jedi Order series
    Darth Plageous
a Yoda Empire Strikes back bookmart. It was either that or a Hoth themed one with Luke in his hoth gear
recent new issue of Fangoria magazine.
and had enough money to buy my nieces some books for them which was nice of me.

I'll continue to avoid the majority of the EU and only read those which come sufficiently highly recommended. My definition of 'sufficient' must become stricter so I avoid car crash literature like Zahn's Allegiance and Survivor's Quest (which accounted for 50% of the Star Wars books I read in 2012, sadly). If I can get the ratio of good to bad EU books better than 1:1 I'll be delighted. I'm going through a short-list of graphic novels to try out, most of them look like **** though.

EU-wise, I decided not to make a resolution this year, considering that once the school year starts, I abandon all the hobby-related resolutions I've made in the New Year (excerpting study harder), and go back to, say, mechanical-pencil collecting.
