I would say she's intellingent and independent, and not easily scared, and will fight for what she believes in. Yet she most definitely has a soft side.

I've seen these pics as well. That's when I decided that Padme can be a great friend (her personality), but not a lover for somebody with spicy and demanding tastes. Remember, it's the only girl Anakin ever met in his life - the gyu isn't picky.

 

I agree with everything mentioned, but I also think she has a sexy voice. Well, not in TPM when she tried to sound like Vader in her queen scenes, but AOTC.
