I love the original X-wing books, and have all of them :D. The only ones I liked in the second series were Solo Command and Starfighters of Adumar But if I would point anyone in the right direction to start from. I would have to say with the Han Solo trilogy, I loved it, a lot of people don't. But its a great place to start.

Then the movie novels, then Truce at Bakura, the X-wing novels, then the EU stories. Only read the NJO if your completely dedicated.

Ah ha! I finally and unavoidably ran into someone that LIKES COPL. o_O I'm not going to rag on what other people likesies, but let me just say I only bought the book in hardcover for the picture by Drew Strutzan. Dave Wolverton is soooo unromantic, and cutting Luke out of the ceremony?

Being Leia's only living family I found that quite awful of him, Luke should have walked her down the aisle. And how Leia acted towards Han, what was Wolverton writting? Star Wars or Taming of the Shrew?

You can buy the X-wing books at any good book shop, Kookie, as well as K-Mart and Target. I've got most of mine from secondhand book shops, and a couple from K-Mart.

Yep, i have a library of books but i havent looked to see if they are there, not at my place since i dont have the room in SW room but i will check next time i am at my parents :)

I liked Truce and Courtship too and i am not into the "slave thing" ;)

Although my favourite books are still the Thrawn trilogy....

Thrawn triology I'm in total agreeance of. But I think it's better under the Heir to the Empire trilogy title, don't like the stupid Chiss. :D

You'll not understand until you can comprehend this:

Scary thing is that that is insignificant compared to most fans here at the JC...

The Jedi Academy Trilogy is alright...though it introduces a character who many people love or hate. Though the same could be said of the Thrawn Trilogy (in fact, that one introduces 3 :)) And I thought the main villians were rather lame. Kevin J Anderson's writing tends to polarise people.

I could probably lend you some books if you need them...mine are mostly trashed already and I may buy some more soon so I won't be worried about them.

Impressive Marcus. It might almost rival my collection, but I loved the Jedi Academy, I'd take Kevin J Anderson over Salvador and Denning anyday.

Nah, now i've got a "library" right Ads ?
Not posting pics, cos I got broken into a couple of weeks ago. Luckily they only stole my Jedi-Dex & left the rest of the collection alone (apart from making a big mess).Got everything in both H/C & softcover & every comic ever printed. Do I hear a higher bidder ?

Anyone else here collect the young reader series?
Some really bizarre stories there! Just figured if i've got em, might as well read em.
