What book or series has come the closest to making you hate the EU, and why ?

For me it would have to be NJO

NJO uses as main characthers the Solo twins, as well as their freinds but neglects to actualy use the personaltys they were given in previous EU books. Not only that but they take characthers that were set up quite well in previous books (Anikan, Tahari, Zekk, Tenel Ka, Lowabacca M-TD, Lusa, Ranyr, others)

and either compleatly change the characthers personality or kill them off in such a way that it doesnt really mean that much or could have been handled better.

There isn't one. There's been some books I haven't liked, but none have been so bad that they made me feel anything approaching hate for the EU. Even as much as I hate that they killed Anakin in SbS, it was a well-written book.
