I am struggling with this question. It's my sincere hope that I don't actually know someone terrible enough to qualify. I guess, in fiction, they would be people like Six from BSG, or Cersei Lannister from ASOIAF.

I so deeply regret that someone like Sophia even had their name come up in something depraved like this.
