    in aotc obi and ani carrie zam out of the bar and put her down. The ask who hired you she says it was a bounty hunter called... then jango kills her as shes being poisoned it sounds like she said reshone slimo

    Why did Jango use her to try and kill Padme? why did he not just try himself.

    She's speaking Huttese. It translates to "Bounty hunter slime."


    Why did Jango use her to try and kill Padme? why did he not just try himself.

    Why kill her himself and leave that connecting thread when he could separate it by another degree by hiring another? He set it all up, just let somebody else do the dirty work. Unfortunately, when Zam was captured, his plans went awry...

    I think most things in AOTC went exactly as Palpatine planned them. Obi-Wan was meant to discover Kamino via Zam. The ultimate goal was to get the clone war started.
