    On the others, i assume that's what the letters stand for, more or less. Good enough, at any rate.

    Wouldn't a Rogue squadron show be a little too much like battlestar galactica??

    Maybe the first season of Galactica, but I doubt a RS series would be like the more recent seasons- it's less about the cockpit and battles than a RS series would be. If anything, it'd probably be more like ANH- that is, focused more on the shoot-outs and dogfights than the Jedi and lightsaber duels. Throw in the militaristic aspects of ESB and you'd probably have what a RS show would feel like.

    And, as far as the canon levels go, best guesses as to the letters meaning:
    G=George
    C=Continuity
    S=Sorta/Semi/Secondary
    N=Non/Not-Continuity

    >> Has there ever been attempts to 'explain' continuity issues in the EU by anyone @ LFL?<<

    The vast majority of continuity problems have had fixes (or "retcons": retroactive continuity) published in subsequent material- sometimes in the novels/comics, though more commonly in reference material- books like the "(New) Essential Guides" or RPG Sourcebooks, or magazine articles like some of the fantastic work done by Abel Pena (most notably his mind-blowing work on The History of the Mandalorians and the backstory of General Grievous) or Dan Wallace (who has authored many of the "Who's Who" articles, as well as the New Essential Chronology) or even online souces like the starwars.com Databank.

    Some smaller conflicts are probably still unresolved, but most will probably be addressed sooner or later when the material warrants it's inclusion.
