We left with 3 enemas, a can of prunes, store brand preperation H, and laxitive powder.

He's asleep right now, but could blow at any minute.

We have liftoff!

I've spent the last hour and a half cleaning the carpet, doing laundry and washing a little boy in the tub - 3 times by the way.

I don't think there's anything left. We refilled with Gatorade and popsicles.

He's sleeping now and the wife is back so he should be ok now.

 

True story: When Jordan was about 3 months old (you know, when the poop doesn't stink yet?), I was changing his diaper (he'd peed). He was laying on the bed and I'd lifted his butt into the air by the legs to slip the new diaper under him. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw his sphincter pucker. Instinctively, I lowered him a hair, which proved to be a wise choice on my part. An instant later, his butt turned into a firehose of yellowish-brownish goo that plastered itself all over my chest.

You know, only a parent would find the humor in this story. Just about everyone else reading this is probably hunting for the emoticon right now.

It was just too convenient that my wife stopped at the store on her way home from her class, and I got to clean everything up myself.
We watched Toy Story 2 after he was done and he is feeling much better now.

It was actually pretty scary because he was so backed up, the doctor said if he didn't clear out before Friday, that he might have to go in for surgery to help him.

 

Wow! That would freak me out! Glad he got unplugged!


And yeah...always fun doing the cleanup.

With girls, it was much messier to clean up the juicy ones. It gets in EVERYWHERE!
With boys, you have to be careful, or you get a face full of fire hose when you take off the diaper.

 

Ever notice how it's always like a fountain when that happens? LOL! That'll never stop cracking me up.
