What does it mean to be a Watched User?

I was checking my profile today and saw that I had a watched user. I really haven't read over the Terms of Service(gasp!) so I'm not up to date on this. Is it a good thing or a bad thing? I only have one, so does that mean I have done something good to be watched or something bad . I was just wondering and thought someone out there could explain it to me.

 

Watched Users are users you have choosen for the board to notify you if they post I believe. I don;t have any since I read the board often enough I see everyones post.

 

ok, so someone is watching to see when I post? I still don't understand if it is a good or bad thing. Either someone is A: Watching me because they find me insightful and look forward to my posts or B: Someone is mointoring me like the CIA to see if I say something like BOMB, BOMB-BA-BOMB, BOMB, BA-DA-BOMB!
