What Eu and lesser characters would you like to see in live action series

I don't really read EU, but Moff Panaka sounds like a good idea. I can picture him being a stern but compassionate and wise regional governor, maybe a little out-of-step with some of his hardline Imperial neighbors like Tarkin. I'm sure not everyone in the Empire was an evil "Mr. Burns" type character like Tarkin, or a bumbling Ozzel. It would be cool if he found out that Vader was Anakin, that innocent boy he met on Tatooine, and that Anakin had killed Padme. Have Vader visit his mansion or palace for an inspection, followed by some interesting conversations. I'm sure he would be shocked to find out that the Emperor, formerly the representative from Naboo, is the Sith Lord who was responsible for the Naboo invasion and the deaths of so many Naboo and Gungans.

 

First off-I want to see Red Leader. And the rest of red squadren actualy-but an emphasis on Red leader.

Hmmm...I actualy can't think of anymore people-but I hope Z-95s appear, as well as imperial fighter tanks and some kind of rebel tank.

 

The video games show some Rebel Alliance ground vehicles like tanks and mechs, but the movies give me the impression that they relied on their fleet and fighters, which makes sense. They need to strike quickly and be able to get in/get out, as well as evacuate at the first sign of the Imperials. They can't afford to get into a Geonosis-style battle against the Imperials, but seeing a few repulsorlift tanks or light walkers would be interesting.

 

I'm an EU fiend, so I'd giddily shriek like a schoolgirl no matter who they include.

But specifically, I'd like to see the Armands, Bel Iblis, Pestage, definitely Thrawn (somehow), and Tarkin too, especially if they get Scorpius back to play him. Bevel Lemelisk could be silly, too.

 

I whould really like to see Darth Bane.

What about planets? Where do you guys want to see?

Personally I want to see more Chewbacca on Kashyyyk. Ok he's not too much of a lesser character, but hey what was he in Ep.III?

Xizor maybe, coming to be the 3rd most powerful person in the galaxy.

Boba of course. To make up for ROTJ.

Lando would be awesome, maybe flying the Falcon.

And finally Nym on Lok with the space pirates.

I really hope this show doesn't turn out to just be another Boba Fett vehicle. I never understood why so many obsess over him.

umm. DURGE. Mon Mothma shouldn't of got sliced from Sith dso even tho she's not EU by any definition her too.
Oh and a female bounty hunter who used to be jabba's slave girl but escaped and always wears her golden bikini to prove her fearlessness to the galaxy. boba fett should diintergrate somebody - adding weight to the line "no disintergration"!

 

I'm not into EU...at all.
But what I want to see is a young Leia and Luke growing up on their respective planets, in an almost parallel fashion. Like you see an 11 year old Leia following around her father in the senate all dressed up in formal garb (much like her mother wore) listening to the Emperor talk, and you can almost see the skeptisism in her little girl eyes. Then you see Luke working hard on the farm and then at night looking up at the clear, stary night sky wondering what is out there and if he'll ever get off Tatooine.

That is what I want to see more than anything. EU can just suck it (no offence to you EU people.)

 

You do realise the TV series is part of the EU too?

 

I thought that the TV series was going to be canon. (Like canon-B, or whatever that means.)

EU - nothing to do with what is canon and what is not.

The TV series is part of the EU. It is also canon. C-Level, to be precise.

 

That premise wouold get old... quick. Unless, of course you mean you would only want to se a few episodes devoyted to this.
