What ever happened to Winter?

I can't even remember her last appearance,

 

She is happily married to Tycho. Her last appearance (chronologically) was in The New Rebellion, I believe.

 

Wow, it's been a while since we've seen winter. I hope she's doing well...

 

I hope Winter returns in the NJO.

 

Her last chronological appearance was actually the comic series Union, I think.

No. But it's implied that Ackbar has kids -- of course, I don't recall any source that says whether or not Mon Cal get married or not, though...
