What Exactly happened to all the Droid Armies after ROTS?

    The machine army was defeated, its mainframe smashed, but in a last desperate attempt it sent a human replica back in time to terminate Sarah Connor and stop the Resistance before it was born. But the Resistance sent a lone warrior back in time as well...

    It's been said that many independent factions, groups, and organizations were quick to absorb what was left of the Droid Army. Either that, and maybe Palpatine had the remaining Droids and Starships/cruisers/capital shiops melted down for metal to build the death star.
