What hapened to the Empire of the Hand

    yeah so what hapened to it
    was baron fel in charge of the hand empire

    is there any other imperial splinter groups

    Admiral Voss Parck was actually in charge of it and it was assimilated into greater Chiss society something after Survivor's Quest and early on in the NJO. I think it was TJK that explains this
