What happened to Yaddle?

    I was watchin TPM and AOTC today and realized Yaddle is all of a sudden gone. What happened to that old greeny.

    Second, Where are Yoda and Yaddle from? I have never heard

    according to the Expanded Universe she was killed sometime between Episode I and II. I forget how.
    Yoda and Yaddle species has been kept a mystery by lucas

    arnt whey called whills though.
    I think that Yoda and Yaddle broke the Jedi rules about "attachments". I mean they were the only 2 of their species we ever see about in the films

    No, they're no called "whills". That's the name of something Lucas wrote that inspired Star Wars or something like that.

    Can you blame Yoda? I'd hop all over that if I had the chance, too.

    Lucas has never revealed yoda or yaddles species .

    "They are Whills."


    The Whills as in "The Journal of The Whills" was GL's early name for "The Force".

    SS is the one who started calling Yoda's species a whill.

    I believe Yaddle died absorbing a toxin into herself to protect a city (and Anakin and Obi Wan) from being exposed to it. On a bit higher note though, she did vanish and become one with the force :)
