Indi, IN What has to happen in Episode III

Several things will have to happen in Episode III to bridge the gap between Episodes II and IV. If you think of anything, post them here. Once I have everyone?s input I can retool my speculative script and re-send it to LucasFilm. Hopefully I?ll get a response this time, they appear to be ignoring me.


Here?s what I already have:

Anakin has to go over to the dark side and kill many of the Jedi.
Sen. Palpatine has to become Emperor.
Yoda has to go to Dagobah.
Obi-Wan has to be made a General.
The droids have to forget much of what has happened.
The Lars? have to forget much of what has happened.
Luke and Leia have to be born and taken to the Lars? and Sen. Organa.
The Organa?s have to come into possession of the droids.
Obi-Wan will have to get Anakin?s lightsaber to give to Luke.
Anakin will need life support, necessitating the Vader outfit.

 

A lot of good points there. Anyone else?

 

Actually, those situations only have to be set up, now necessarilly shown, they can just be put in place and let it go... and didn't Paplatine name himself Emperor at the begining of ANH, that's why Leia was called a Senator or Counsolor, because Ole P just decided to get rid of the senate then? But I think you have a good line of ideas so far... Plus offing the Baddest Mother in the GFFA, my man Mace.

 

Actually, Mace doesn't HAVE to buy it in E3. Again he could get whacked sometime between 3 and 4.

The Lars's's's's's's' don't need to forget anything. They we're just holding stuff back from Luke, so why would they need to forget things?

Yoda doesn't really need to go anywhere. We just need to know that the surviving Jedi are booking outta the Temple for safer locals. We know that the Jedi went into hiding. Tattooine was such a barren place that the Force was not amplifying, hiding the old fossil. Dagobah, on the other end, is high on life, masking someone 800 years old.

I think the General Obi Wan thing will come from a need by the old Republic to enlist the Jedi into the militry as leaders. Then again, it can be a twisted ploy to put them in vunerable positions, either through shear confusion, or the lack of access to an elegant weapon, making them easy to slaughter.


Or these thoughts could be attributed to the Totino's Pizza Rolls. Mesa tinkin' dem's powerful brain food.

 

The movie must be made and I must go see it.

...Oh, and Jar Jar must die in a very long painfull and brutal manner.

IndyKnights as on screen extras!

I will punch Dan in the mouth with a loaded glove full of lead, then give his teeth to the people in line.

Those people in line will then try to collect the variants of Dan's teeth, with and without filling. At this time, my collecting sources do not know which will be more rare. Dentists everywhere will try to cash in on the Dan's teeth phenomenon. Some will try it legitmately via creating molds from Dan's Dentist's stolen X-rays, others will punch Trekkies in the mouth and try to pass those teeth off as Dan's. Gail will be indicted on some trumped up forgery charges for her homemade teeth molds, but the IK legal defense fund will have enough muscle to work a Vaderesque deal out with the Marin County Prosecutor's office.

 

Ron will pay out $500 bucks for the tooth with the fake gold filling while Dan himself lies helpless on the ground. I will sell the fake tooth for a Brat and a beer from the street vendors that will be in line. Somewhere, a baby cries.

 

Sansweet will beat you all to the punch, so to speak, and have the complete set in his archive. Then you will buy replicas from the same guys making the lightsabers.


Maybe in E3 we'll get to see brand new X-wings and Y-wings in battle???
