Which is why most of us just like to give the whole PT comparison thing a miss.

 

First thing that came into my head was "Oh jesus, we have LARPers..."

 

And during the movie, that scene was glorious. As long as it pleases me, I don't care how it's made. I honestly think they will end up pretty similar in terms of how they were made. GL used a ton of practical effects in the PT in addition to the beautiful CGI that he put in there.

 

I wasn't joking.

 

Or CGI grass.
