I've never seen a viggie that tackled the actual massacre. Really well done. You captured Anakin's brief fall into darkness perfectly... and then his remorse at the end.

Shmi not really being dead But if that happened then I think that is exactly what she would say. Or maybe it was all in Anakin's mind, manifested there by the Force to bring him back to reality.


But there was no one alive to hear it.

I literally got chills.


Great story, I loved it

 

Wow, HHP. That was really emotional, I could really feel what was going on there. Amazingly good, and Shmi not really being dead yet, that brought even more emotion to the forefront.

I really liked this scenerio. You did an excellent job of describing Anakin's furious anger and his willingness to hurt those who had hurt one of his own....
That Shmi was still alive was a great touch. Beautiful!!!!

Of course she wouldn't, but Anakin thinking it is very consistent with the pain and shock he was feeling. I think you showed Shmi's reaction very well. Nice touch.

I especially loved the parts where Anakin could see glimpses of himself as he would become in the future. How appropriate for such a highly emotional and dark moment!
