If we're going to talk about hypothetical alternate crawls, it's a good idea to try and keep it to the same basic three sentence/paragraph pattern that the films employ. That is to say, not exceeding a certain length for each part, and I'm sorry to say but these are just way too full as they are. Of course, attempting to combine the bulk of information from the crawls of both TPM and AOTC is going to result in some bulky text, but even so it's important to streamline everything.

Anyway. There's a lot of other issues here, but it's not really worth discussing. Here's hoping the lockdown comes quick.

Basically the premise is the same with a few major adjustments, the. Two Jedi knights are Obi-Wan & another padawan, Q-gon will not be seen until later in gthe film. The Trade Federation has now blockcaded the entire sector of worlds inculding Naboo, and they are talking via hologram to Count Dooku, not Sidious, who will nt be revealed as the real threat untl the end of the film. Obi-Wan escapes the ambush but his companion is killed by destoryer droids, & Obi-Wan gains refuge on a escape pod and crash lands onnone other than Tattooine ( drawing a striking familar to ANH), once there Obi-Wan makes his way to Mos Espa where he contacts the Q-gon and feels a great distubance in the Force. The movie cuts to the Queen under distress as Q-gon leads a Jedi force & resuces her form the Invasion by the Trade Federation, Back on Tattooine, ObI-Wan discovers a Slave boy & His mother held by theHutts

Right. So how does this not belong in the "Star Wars Rewritten" thread, or any of the other ones just like it?

There is no Jar Jar in this version of the film, and Anakin is a gifted young teen, not a minor child. Count Dooku is not a Sith but a renegade Jedi who has a personal vendetta against the order And is power mad drawing off the Dark side which is playing into Sidious hands........we will still have the Q-gon/Obi-Wan/Maul battle at the end but all will survive.
