    I really enjoyed that panel. What I found most telling for me is that he went right to the source himself in George Lucas and asked his opinion on the whole situation. People bust Dave's chops all the time, but he is using George Lucas's playbook in most of what he is doing as far as the Star Wars Mythology goes. As far as I can tell, besides the Story Group themselves, there is no one else more versed in this Franchise as Dave Filoni.

    So I continue to support him.

    That's pretty much the jest of what I've been talking about; Luke would be the clean slate (or so he thought). Again, though; neither Filoni nor anyone else suggests that Vader had a serious grudge against Ahsoka. Eliminating her was just something that had to be done for his sake.
