I believe he is talking about the Mayor of San Diego, who just left rehab for sexual harrassment.

I was all excited to see a thread making fun of our idiot mayor, and then I saw it wasn't any locals who actually know what's going on.


The best part about this idiot is that he tried to get the city to pay for his rehab. We've got our pitchforks and torches ready.
