    I know it's a game, and i know Luke challenged Kam and beat him in it. But i can't seem to find out how it works.

    Valiento? Genghis? Anyone?

    I think it's just a fancy name for reverse strip poker.

    It's a game of wits. The comic that was created for it will never released. But was is known about it and is the official continuity can be found in the Dark Empire II audio drama. Luke through battle of wits and dueling gets kam to cross back to the light.
