    What *IS* morphing?

(Sorry, it had to be said.)

Anyway, morphing is (basically) using the computer to change one thing into another (theoretically) seamlessly. Like how Bilbo's face morphs into Gollum's during his little outburst in FOTR. Or how Mystique morphs into other characters in X-Men.

I can't recommend you any good morphing software. But I myself would love to know if there were any good cheap/free morphing software tools out there. (I'd love a free one even if it did a bad job!)

they used Winmorph for the bullet time tutorial i am thinking of. I am pretty sure it is free, don't know of a URL though. It works as a stand alone program and a Premiere Plug-in.

Say.. Winmorph is a fun program. I made this little test from two pictures I found off the internet in under ten minutes after watching the tutorial:

well you can also use AE if you have it with the reshape and gradient wipe effects you can get a pretty spiffy look.
