Eh, I think there's some inescapable interplay between holding the value and the reinforcement of the value in a power structure, so you have to accommodate it, but it's also worth noting that in Discipline and Punish it is expressed as a modern conception. Iello, I don't agree they're centre-right at all. The entire point of liberalism is that it's pretty much dead centrist. It might be radical, but it's still a radically centrist idea.
