what is Tenal Ka's full name?

i used to know but i forgot, also for a mater of fact whats Ta'a Chume's full name is that her full name?

 

I always though, apparently wrongly, that Ta'a Chume was the title, maybe Hapan for Queen Mother or somthing. This was partly because Isolder, IIRC, was called the Chume'da or something. Apparenly it is actually her name though.

And Tenel Ka's full name is Tenel Ka. That's the way Dathomiri are -- Teneniel Djo isn't just Teneniel, she's Teneniel Djo. Same with Kirana Ti. Although...hmmm...Augwynne Djo...dunno, maybe there are several different naming conventions among the Dathomiri...

 

In one of the Young Jedi Knights books, Tenel Ka was refered to (I think it was either by the Queen Mother or by another Hapan) as "Tenel Ka Chume Ta'a Djo" or "Tenel Ka Chume'ta Djo". That may be an official royal title or something, I really dont know. There was a post in a thread about Dark Journey where someone who had worked with the guy who wrote Courtship of Princess Leia (I think...) and he said that Ta'a Chume was a title, rather than a name and that her real name was "Faa'el". I have never heard of that, but I'm thinking that it's true. Chume'ta, according to this same person, is the daughter heir's title (Tenel Ka's), and there is another title for Isolder that is similar.

I believe the YJK book GoldenVeila was talking about that had that refernce to Tenel Ka's title was Lightsabers.

That is indeed Tenel Ka's full name.

In the Han Solo duology, there was some other title for the Queen Mother (went for past and present Queen Mothers), but I can't remember it now... I'll have to look it up.

 

I thought it was Tenel Ka Chume 'ta Djo.
