I have no idea which is better. Also Irvine Spectrum is no longer an IMAX theater, they only have a giant screen now. So it looks like we'll be up in your neck of the woods for this one.

Citywalk, b/c that's the only one in LA that I've been to... :)

Definitely the Bridge. It's an excellent theater and that's pretty much the only place I see movies anymore. It's new, clean, and there's never been any problems with any movies I've seen. The sound quality is excellent and the seats are pretty comfortable. Plus it's 5 minutes from where I live. :D

Last time I was at the one on the City Walk it was pretty crappy.

I've never been to the Hughes Center, but due to proximity, I'll go with City Walk.

Okay...so far it seems Bridge and Universal both are getting the film.

    Universal:

They don't like costumes. Due to copyright restrictions, they do not like people wearing costumes (especially with helmets) in Citywalk. We (501st) have been kicked out before. If fan force expects to have an IMAX party or something, it will have to be at the Bridge.

Even though I live closer to Citywalk, the Bridge just seems to be less packed. Also, since most of us are so spread out, That area seems to be a fair distance for all of us. It is also true the Citywalk has a problem with people in costume. Their security there is very anal retentive. A friend and I tried to promote an even there once and an idiot named Gonzalo who was a park coordinator rudely told us to stop. They don't want people to think we actually work there.

Just to reiterate the desirability of going to The Bridge, I've just confirmed (via a phone call) that they will indeed be showing AOTC starting on November 1. The guy couldn't give me times, but did confirm they will be showing it.

Sounds like a plan to me!

Can you guys post an address, website, directions etc. to the Bridge? Looks like we will be traveling up there as well. Our webmaster is already working on a webpage specifically for this IMAX event. He will put links to the theatre, links to the official site, and links to all three FanForce's in SoCal (LA, SD, and OC).

    Here is the theatre's website:

    The Bridge

They don't yet have the AOTC info up, but I was assured it was coming...
