I feel like there are so many obstacles to an effective global pandemic. All those WHOs down in WHOville hate pandemics a lot.

the biggest challenge of the first half of the 21st century is waiting for all us baby boomers and gen xers to die. Once we're gone the rest of you can maybe solve some of the problems we caused.
