On the SE cds, it is the last part of the track titled "Leia's New/Light Of The Force". On the Anthology discs, I believe it is titled "Funeral Pyre For A Jedi". And going way back to the original soundtrack, I believe you can hear it as part of a track called "Rebel Briefing".

Correct on all three, except that "Rebel Briefing" was not the version used in the final film.

 

ok, this is from new hope, right as luke storms out of dinner for his uncle not allowing him to go to the academy. what is the official "title" for this theme and what track is it?

 

That is the Force Theme.

The name of the track is "The Hologram/Binary Sunset" (this is the "Binary Sunset" part).

Can anyone tell me the order that the cues play in the Duel in ROTS? I know the tracks are "Battle of the Heroes", "Anakin vs. Obi-Wan" and "Duel of the Fates" but what order, exactly, do they play in?

 

Anakin vs. Obi-Wan, Duel of the Fates, Battle of the Heroes, The Immolation Scene.

 

What is the name of the cue that plays during the final battle between Luke and Vader in ROTJ?

I'm referring to the very dramatic music that plays when Luke, in his rage, battles Vader for the final time.

Does anybody know the name of that short piece of music?

Also, does it play any time during ROTS? I hope it does. It could play during the scene that Anakin joins the Dark Side, mirroring Luke's quick turn to the Dark Side, but instead, Anakin permanently joins.

 

It's called "The Dark Side Beckons". It is in the track titled "Battle Of Endor II" on the ROTJ SE cd.

It is not in ROTS.

Take a look at the ROTS thread for the cue list. That is actually a cue tracked in from AOTC called "The Arena" (from the AOTC track "Love Pledge And The Arena")

hi can somebody please identify these tracks:
1. the music that plays on the Naboo main menu on TPM DVD
2. the main menu of the Pizza Hut Episode I insider's guide preview cd rom. Here's a pic of the cd if anyone can't remember it:

I think this music also plays in ESB when Luke is about to go to Dagobah, talking with Han in a hangar.
