LOL, this poll has to of been made by someone who has only owned a PSX. All those games listed are the reasons that nobody has any respect for Star wars games. All those games in this poll were horrible, with the exception of Bounty Hunter since it hasn't been released yet. But it's a given that it's going to stink. Lucas Arts developed Star Wars games on a console have always = bargin bin material.

I voted for 'Starfighter', although I wish "X-wing vs TIE Fighter" was on the list.

 

The Starfighter games and demolition are good games. Masters of tera kisa' is easy but fun. As for BH looking good but it's not out yet. The other two I can do without.

I agree you should have put other SW games besides PS games on the poll. To date, for me, it's a tie between JO and Tie Fighter with RL right behind. Future games may change that.

 

I prefer a game that is not on that list. Rogue Squadron. Though I did love with great interest TPM game.

 

umm... i didnt vote because the best Star Wars game of all time (so far) is not on the poll: Star Wars Jedi Knight 2: Jedi Outcast.

This vote would not be nesesary because that game wins hands down.
You actually get to use a lightsaber and its more than just pressing the button a zillion times a minute, there's intense strategy involved in the duels. Not to mention all the force powers (light and dark) and the expected standard weapons... blaster and the sort...

Ahh, but Tenor, none of those games are developed by Lucas Arts. The JO port is Vicarious Visions, Galaxies is by Sony Online Entertainment and KOTOR is being made by Bioware.

Ahh, but Ewok. This thread is about Star Wars games.

And irrespective of the programming team and engines used, Lucasarts keeps complete control of these partially outsourced projects.

 

But I think we all agree that this thread lists possibly the worst Star Wars games made to date under the LucasArts title.

For me it's Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast, followed closely by Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II and Dark Forces. The DF series r0x0rz.

 

DarthMak is right, TIE fighter is the best. I can't play my copy currently, damn windows and its unfriendliness to DOS! I have yet to play the updated one with the XvT engine, but it probably just makes a great game better. If you have yet to play it, shame on you.
