Gotta be Like a Rolling Stone for me.
Tie between "Subterranean Homesick Blues" (probably Dylan's most influential song) and "Blind Willie McTell" (possibly his best).
Neither are on listed here.
Like a Rolling Stone
Where's Hurricane? Where's All Along the Watchtower?
Gotta be either "The Times They Are A-Changin'" or "Hurricane." "With God On Our Side" is also a great one.
Sorry, I voted 'other' just on principle. There's no way you can have a realistic poll with only nine song choices for Dylan.
I've been listening to "Trying To Get To Heaven" a lot lately.
I agree with General Kenobi's vote, but I just couldn't help clicking on "Tangled Up In Blue" anyway, because it's been high on my favorites list for so long. But every other song on this poll is a close contender as well (save for "Lay Lady Lay", the one Dylan song I could happily go a lifetime without hearing ), and I couldn't quite live with myself if I didn't mention "Every Grain of Sand", "With God on Our Side", "If You See Her, Say Hello", "Not Dark Yet", "Workingman's Blues #2", "Isis" -
Seriously, someone stop me now.
Blowin in the Wind is still my favorite.
Blowin in the wind or Knockin' on Heaven's Door, I cant decide between those two.
Lots of "Other" choices.
I really liked his "You Belong to Me from the NBK soundtrack
Lay Lady Lay
Oh, come on. No love for Hurricane Carter? Bunch a haters is what yas all are.
Impossible to choose a favorite. My least favorite is "Lay Lady Lay".
Yes, it's true: it's "Tangled up in Blue."
