Obviously, there are a lot of movies left off, because there are only ten options. I tried to get what I thought would be the most popular ones.

    A Christmas Story, hands down.

"In the heat of battle, my father wove a tapestry of obscenity that as far as we know, is still hanging in space somewhere over Lake Michigan."

"Some men are Catholics, some are Baptists, my father was an Oldsmobile man."

And of course, "You'll shoot your eye out, kid." [face_laugh]

I've spent a few Christmas Eves watching the TNT marathons.

    Others:

    It's a Wonderful Life
    Polar Express
the first two Home Alones (the third one suuuccked)
    A Charlie Brown Christmas

Santa Claus Is Coming to Town, stop motion version. I liked the young Chuck Norris/Jeremiah Johnson looking Santa, and Burgermeister Meisterburger played by Danny DeVito.

Honorable mentions to A Christmas Story and How the Grinch Stole Christmas, Chuck Jones version.

Home Alone. Little kid owning crooks in his own house. All by himself. Tell me there's nothing awesome about that.

A Christmas Carol is one of my all times favorite films to see during the holidays. I've been watching this film, which I believe is from the 1930s, every Christmas time since I can remember.

Another favorite Christmas film of mine is One Magic Christmas. I think I like it so much for the fact I actually got to see some of the movie being filmed. It was filmed in my city, and from around the local area.

And, of course, I just love Scrooged with Bill Murray. I don't know how many times that I've watched the film, but it never gets old for me. :p

I honestly don't think I can pick. I watch the little-kid classics, like Rudolph, Frosty, and Santa Claus is Coming to Town every year, and A Christmas Story has become something of a tradiition. Elf and Love Actually are both great, too.

I voted other. I kind of hate Christmas movies, but I laughed so hard at this random Disney movie "The Search for Santa Paws."

It had pretty much every idiotic stereotype of a children's Christmas movie ever. Talking animals, dwarves, dumb villains, enormous plot holes, forced song and dance routines, pedo santa claus. In other words, the best kind of movie to make fun of and laugh uncontrollably at.

    "Other?"

How does "A Christmas Carol" not make the list? It is by several accounts the single most important factor inspiring the modern celebration of the holiday to begin with. How completely absurd.
