What is your favorite EU Book?

Hi everybody! Just wondering what your favorite EU book A Trilogy, a dualogy, a single book or a series are excepted. Please post your favorite Star Wars book

 

I like The Thrawn Trilogy, too bad Thrawn died, he had a great, but twisted, tactical mind.

As mad as it made me, it is possibly the best written and most entertaining SW book I have read... My vote goes to Star by Star.

 

A deadheat between I, Jedi and Star by Star, with Splinter and the Han Solo trilogy followed by the X-wing series then on to Vector Prime...and on and on. I have to admit that I liked the Thrawn trilogy more than the Jedi Academy series.

i, jedi and star by star are equal in my eye. they are my favorites.

 

Iron Fist is my favorite. Star by Star, Dark Journey, Wraith Squadron, I, Jedi, and Specter of the Past I also like a lot.

I'm liking SBS, Ruin and VOTF....In that order

 

My favorite EU book is Heir to the Empire. It introduces my two most favorite EU characters Thrawn and Pellaeon. The rest of the the Thrawn Trilogy I like as well. I also like the Hand of Thrawn dualogy.

 

After thinking about it for a while, i think I enjoyed VOTF the most

 

i'm always hearing people say they love VotF... am i the ONLY person in the world that like SotP better then VotF???

No Nikeskylark, your not the only one. I liked SotP better then VotF.

 

Hmm...Tough question. Asking for what I disliked the most might have been far more easier.

I enjoyed both Edge of Victory novels, and the Dark Tide ones, too. I also liked I, Jedi, Vision of the Future, Darth Maul: Shadow Hunter*, and I guess that's about it.

* Not the best writing style I've ever read, but it was a very fun book.

 

'Wraith Squadron', hands down.

 

DL just lent me Star by Star but I just cant get into the new series, it just seems to...em i cant really explain it so i put it one the table and have not touched it yet. Sorry off topic Starfighters of Adumar.

I think without doubt the wraith series ( i will include starfighters of adumar in there because its the funniest SW book of all time ) after that I'd have to saw Zahns books 9 all 5 of them )

I've only read a few, but my favourite trilogy would have to be the Han Solo one, and my favourite stand alone book is Shadows of the Empire.

I, Jedi and/or Wedge's Gamble from the X-Wing Series.

 

I liked SotP better than VotF, but for me in that case it's a "lesser of two evils" thing.

My favorite EU book would probably be Starfighters of Adumar just for the sheer character interaction.
