This is a very hard poll! Every single statement of this theme is a favorite of mine. But ultimately, I went for one that doesn't get much mention (other than Well_Of_Souls' post): "Rescue From Cloud City". A gorgeous, emotional cue, underscoring Luke and Leia's first true connection as Force-sensitive siblings.

I love that cue. Sends chills up my spine.

    "Leia! Hear me! Leia!"

When Luke cannot reach Obi-Wan, the next person he reaches out to through the Force is his sister.

Jeremy Soule's Arrival on Dantooine tops them all.

Complete with sound effects, the short statement of the force theme here is pure magic.

Yeah, it is - although I'm not quite following how the sound effects improve it.

I'm not too sure, but there is something comforting about the sound of the Ebon Hawk's landing mechanisms, which I find a really nice addition to the cue. It lets the viewer know that finally, we are going to become a Jedi.

Um... I guess, but that's why you watch the cutscene, not listen to the music. If music is the priority, it's possible to make a higher quality, lower SFX edit from combining the Dantooine arrival cutscene with the escape from Iziz cutscene (KotOR2), which uses the same music.

I love the force theme, and it was hard to pick a favorite. I ended up settling on "Light of the Force" just because it always chokes me up a bit in the context it's used. The binary sunset used in ep 2-4 as well as the neat military variation at the beginning of ep 3 were close as well.

EDIT: It would be really cool if someone could take all the moments the force theme is used in the saga and make a little video compilation to put on you tube. Could be very moving.

Throne Room-Finale from ANH! And I love the extra bit of the finale from the ROTS Soundtrack. Sounds a bit like a re-do of the theme. A bit slower and majestic. Sadly this was not in the Credits from ROTS. And the flyover of Anakin and Kenobi in the opening of ROTS is good to.

Is there a list similar to the one posted by General Kenobi on the first page that details all the uses of Luke's/Main theme throughout the saga? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No, I've only cataloged the uses of the Force Theme. But if anyone has some extra time on his hands, another list would be welcome.

In Episode 1 I like the trip to Naboo and the audience with boss nass, when the moment Obi-wan says: well much time, we have not much time.. or something like that!

EDIT: I forgot, KOTOR's soundtrack is pretty good, themes I enjoy:
    Knights of the Old Republic
    Captured by the Leviathan
    Darth Malak
    The last confrontation

and a classic the "Sith Theme" is good too!!

Binary Sunset, is probably the best IMO. It kind of makes me feel melancholy, I don't know why.

I have changed my mind. I now know that the most awesome cue of the Force theme is "Rescue from Cloud City"

Honourable mention goes to Goodbye Old Friend, Dantooine Arrival, Binary Sunset.
