Marshmallow under a chocolate shell. I like the marshmallow more, though, so that's what I voted.

 

I actually put sprinkles. They've been my favorite for as long as I can remember.

Yum yum. Chocolate flakes or something similar. Even better, mix in cookie dough into the ice cream as well.

 

Chocolate, but nuts are nice too.

Whether homemade, old gold, hot fudge.... my favourite. Great in milk too and shakes!

Sometimes sprinkle desiccated coconut on top of the sauce.
