What is your favorite LOTR end song?

I give "Into The West" a tiny edge over "In Dreams", with "Gollum's Song" very close as well. "May It Be" is ok, but not in league with the other three.

 

"Gollum's Song" is my favorite. Haunting lyrics and vocals, and the melody is very beautiful.

I also enjoy "In Dreams", which I prefer over the bland "May it Be". And "Into the West" is good, but Annie Lennox's vocals can be overbearing at times.

 

"In Dreams," for being based on the wonderful Shire theme.

 

Into the West is especially one you need a box of tissues for. Especually when it's played during the most emotional parts of the movie.

 

I hastily selected "Into the West", but now I'm not so sure. While I like it better than both "May It Be" and "Gollum's Song", "In Dreams" is just so awesome too...

 

I voted for "May It Be." "Gollum's Song" would be ok if Emiliana Torrini wasn't singing it (Björk wannabe). Oh, and I'm probably the only one who despises "Into the West."

I love the whole first movie better than everything else, and I even have emotional attachement to In Dreams.

Into the West comes second, then Gollum's song. May It Be is about my least favorite song in the whole trilgoy.

Gollums song, really captured the mood of the story (although the movie sucked)

 

Gollum's song was too hauntingly beautiful for me not to vote for it.

Gollum's Song. It's just so sad and haunting and it fits so well at the end of TT and it also forshadows the things to come in the next movie.

Into the west, without a doubt. That song always creates a lump in my throat, especially with Frodo's departing smile in fresh memory.

 

What's "In Dreams"? I don't know that I'm familiar with it...
