I found the xwings riveting....the bad guy was a close second along with the troopers. It was all good but man...those xwings were screamin!....

Seriously, I loved so much about this teaser. It was hard to pick, but I had to go with the Falcon. All the other parts were fascinating and brilliant, but seeing the Falcon again? That gave me a rush. I got chills.

The feeling of the TIEs closing in on the Falcon after those aerobatics (not to mention the sound of the old bird's engines and the Main Theme) just about secured its spot as my favorite. But the camera was a little bit too tight in on the Falcon and with the lens flares... it drops to a close second behind the badass X-wing shot. The Sith (?) with the lightsaber was a close third; it was also very cool.

Wasn't a fan of the shaky cam for this franchise (though others have said it can be found in the PT).

My favourite bit was when I saw the millennium falcon. Hope Han can still do the kettle run in 12 parsnips. Then again.. He is no longer solo.

My brother is obsessed with the shot of the Sith igniting the lightsaber, and the final twisting, winding tracking shot of the Falcon invokes an uncontrollable wide grin on my face every time I've watched it, but it has to go to the X-Wings. Not only does it look gorgeous, the framing, the scenery, the colors, everything, but because of the veritable flood of childhood memories it brought rushing back.

I loved that little scene with the stormtroopers in what is clearly a turbulent ride, i've said it before but it has put them in a new light. I haven't felt about Empire grunts like that ever since we saw snowtroopers waltzing through Echo base. These guys were looking confident, professional and like a tight unit, and somehow more intimidating than before. And that's what they are meant to do, instill fear... I really need something to clear my head of fuzzy little bears beating an supposedly elite legion...

Now i have hopes they are going to be a bit more challenging and deadly than before. Live up to their namesake. And with decades of war against the Alliance, that experience should be showing.

The Sith/Xwing scenes follow very closely, though. Both are iconic reveals (that certainly turned heads one way or another) of what is to come.

Agreed, I was loving it throughout and when the Falcon and the main Theme soared. I felt the tears begin to flow. It's amazing what an emotional connection I have to this saga! :_|

I would have to say the x wings, but for some reason I loved the Sith part even with the saber. I hope there a battle in that forest. Chopping down wood like angry lumberjacks

I picked the Sith Lord igniting his lightsaber in the frozen forest, only just beating the X-Wings skimming the water.

Well, The Falcon has been the greatest ship of all-time to me since I was five...however I had prepared myself with the rumor that it'd be featured in the trailers. I was thrilled about it but not surprised to see it.

The shot of the X-wings came as a sudden epic shock to me...I gotta give it up for that. Just awesome. ^:)^

For once in the history of Star Wars, I actually felt the Stormtroopers were menacing. All that in a couple seconds of trailer.

Didn't like the shot of the troopers. Didn't feel like SW at all to me.

I voted for the Falcon. It was the second longest clip of the teaser. I loved it because it was so very J.J. Abrams, but it lacked the ADHD quality of the effect shots in Trek. It was kinetic and tense but also measured and sustained and told a story.
