The Illusive One likes Imperial March as much as he likes lobster (which is a lot).

binary sunset, imperial march(sent my alarm clock to that), Luke and Leia, umm...the Han Solo and the Princess one and the music from that part where luke and leia are talking(in ROTJ) before luke goes off to confront vader. :)

My other is Yoda's Theme from the ESB.
It's a slow theme that gradually changes and brings itself to a climax of hope, yet a slight sense of disolution.

Imperial March, very moving, I always close my eyes whenever I listen to, I can hear every note, each of them are important and each of them portraying the strength and power of the Empire.

The Force/Binary Sunset I love too, it's a really moving theme.

And who can forget the Emperor's Theme (damn! is there a technical name for that? I only have the ESB soundtrack and bought mixed cds for the others because I can't find the rest!) The Battle of Hoth was good too. Rescue from Cloud City and the Rebel Fleet End title always made me want to cry. And the Love Theme and especially Carbon Freeze.

MI don't know the actual names of some of them but here goes.

    TPM-Duel of the Fates
ANH-Celebration(The one where Luke and Han are getting their medals)
    ESB-Yoda's theme
ROTJ- Victory celebration(added in Special Edition). That is the best piece from the best film.

    Imperial March
    Binary Sunset/Force Theme
    Duel of the Fates
    Emperor's Theme
    Dark Side Beckons
Death of Darth Vader (the simple string-pluck of the Imperial Theme)

"Talk of Podracing" - The whole thing is very pretty, particularly the opening.

"Watto's Deal" - Especially from where the Force Theme kicks in to the end of the song.

"The Racer Roars to Life" - the opening swell when Anakin yells "It's working!!" leaves me in tears every time.

"Qui-Gon and Darth Maul" (Unofficially Qui-Gon's Theme)

well to me they're all very cool. I love them all, from any episode...If I had to choose one...Well I couldn't. But basically, I'd say :
    Duel of the Fates
    The Force Theme
    The Imperial March
    The Asteroid Field
    Yoda's theme
The Pit of Carkoon & Sail Barge Assault
    Victory Celebration (ROTJ SE)

The absolute best SW music begins as Luke makes his way to Bespin just before Han's freezing through the end of ESB. Unfortunately, the added SE moments of Vader flying to the Executor completely ruin the timing of the "Hyperspace" sequence. But, taken as just the music, this passage comprises a beautiful and powerful suite.

Second would be the reprise of the music played as the Falcon and her crew as they rescue Luke from Cloud City, which occurs at the end of ROJ as Wedge and Lando approach the main reactor. Then when it changes to the music written for the scene as the escape begin, through the Falcon's final blast out of the Death Star. These moments are both exhilirating and affecting. I'm surprised no one else has mentioned them.

I really can't choose but the end of ROTJ and TPM where not very good but ANH ending celebration is the best. When I am king that will be my throne theme.

HMMM I'll have to say it's a tie between 'Duel of the Fates' and the theme to the Hoth battle; don't know it's name, but i love how it introduces the scene.
