Uh , actually . I believe a little know law in the UK allows 16 year olds to drink cider .

I thought that was one of the weirdest things I have ever experienced. Immagine this, you're 20 years old, and in your native country, you can drink 'till you explode. Travel to Boston during spring break, and go into probably the most famous bar in the world - the Bull and Finch - otherwise known as Cheers, and you have to have a pint of Pepsi, because you're 3 months off the legal age for that country. 4 weeks later, you go up to Montreal, and spend 3 days on the booze because in Canada, you can drink when you're 18 (plus the honeys are finer!)

Hmmm... You can drive when you're 16, buy porn, and fight in the army at 18, but can't drink until you're 21.

So, if you're 16 years old, and in the Army cadets, driving a jeep, while reading porn, and drinking, and get stopped by a cop, then you're really in deep caca!

All too many times I have drank more than five, and there's no stopping my blabbering mouth at that point. I'll say the dumbest things.

I don't usually go to the UK fanforce boards...I occasionally feel naive and try and get some activity going in the Welsh section, though!

And judging by the way we got cautioned for drinking cider in town last time, the police don't know the loophole that lets us drink cider

 

In some places in Spain(as here in Madrid) you could drink alcohol since you were 16, two years ago or so, but then this law appeared that put the limit in 18 in all the country. And I was 17 then, Well, it doesn´t matter now...

 

My personal favourite is Bushmills Malt on ice.

 

Cognac, but you guys knew that. I got a bottle in my pack right now that I've had since New Years and it's almost done.

One a week, that's all I ask.
